How long did your nursing program cover the respiratory system for?

I’m an EMT and just started nursing school. My partner just started respiratory school. We were talking and now I’m genuinely curious how long the respiratory system would be covered in nursing school. Obviously RTs are the specialists in respiratory, airway, vents, etc. But as an ER, ICU, or PACU nurse I would have to have an idea of such things. How in depth and for how long did your program cover the respiratory system?
