How long should I wait after initial interview w/HR? (new grad rn residency program)

Hi all,

I had a New Grad RN residency interview 2 weeks ago.

It was my very first nursing job interview - and it was with HR nursing recruiter...

hmm, interview was ok - i was able to answer all the questions.

At the end of interview, she explained all things about the program (benefits, salary, commitments, program start date, when I should get my license ready by, how many applicants they have been interviewing, where I want to work, etc).

My friend says it was a good sign that she explained specifically about the program,

but I don't know.:(

Because she did not give me a specific date of 2nd interview with nurse manager -

I asked interviewer when should I expect a call, and she said "few weeks".

This program starts in September, so she said to get everything ready by mid aug. (I don't remember specific date but she surely mentioned)

I've been googling around, some students got a call within 2 weeks,

or some said they got a call in mid-end of March for program starting in Aug-Sep.

Ah, if you guys have any idea, please let me know :redbeathe
