How Kaiser hire entry level nurses (foreign or local)

i'm a license nurse here in the philippines and took the nclex exam last nov 6 and still waiting fo the results. i would like to ask if kaiser permanente is hiring entry level nurses or nurses who just passed the nclex exam. how can foreign nurses like me apply for that?...

is anyone here working at kaiser? who can give relevant infos and share how is it like to be in kaiser?..i would like to work in kaiser so replies will mean alot to me.. thank you... i need response from you guys..:)

It all depends. You should start speaking to recruiters now. This is the time when they will be hiring for new grad programs beginning January or February of next year. Some kaisers will hire you with an RN IP while you wait for your results, but usually, this happens when you know the manager or someone on the inside. In my experience, it's very difficult to get a job at Kaiser if you don't already work there or know someone. My advice is to start looking now. Good luck!

thank you mslema, i will do your advice but where will i look for that?.. what site? can you suggest some? my friend in fresno tried to apply there but they say wait for the training they offer for entry level nurses and also they require atleast 6months of experience before they will hire you so my friend applied to another hospital and luckily she was hired. oh... too bad i dont know anyone inside... :(
