How do you create balance?

i am very interested in how busy nurses create balance and well-being in their lives. i myself feel balance is so critical to healthy living. i feel i am a pretty good example of maintaining healthy living through balancing many aspects of my well-being. i have a ton going on right now; part-time work at a wellness center and part-time work at a hospital as a nursing research fellow. i am enrolled in a nutrition coaching class. on top of all of this, i maintain a home with my husband and two dogs! i attend meditation classes, am training for a half marathon, love exercise, and am always interested in furthering my own education through workshops and trainings. i love to garden, read, listen to music, and travel to spend time with out of state family. i believe many things go into creating and maintaining balance. these are just some of the things that i have been doing and have found work for me: physical fitness, energy work, mindful presence, spirituality, support systems, and healthy nutrition maintain balance in my life. how do others create balance in their busy lives?:D
