Hope for those of you who thought that you failed...

Hi, I was absolutely convinced that I failed NCLEX-PN. See this post: https://allnurses.com/forums/f197/i-failed-nclex-pn-85-questions-251922.html.

But, I actually passed!!! So, I want those of you who are biting your nails and crying in bed (like me) that there actually is hope. I was convinced to the marrow of my bones that I failed. I was absolutely certain...there was no doubt in my mind. I checked the BON site this morning to see if they had taken away my permit, but lo and behold, they had given me a full license.

SO: if you are getting friendly with knives, considering taking a bath with the toaster, or checking bridge elevations - STOP. WAIT. THere's hope. And if things turn out that you have to take it again, that's okay, too. It builds character, and while we often don't want adversity in our lives, we can be the better for it.

Thanks for the encouragement. THat was very inspiring. I think its hilarious that you said if we are thinking knives and bridge elevations!!! I've failed the NCLEX-RN 3times!!!!!! And I feel like giving up soooooo badly but I know my only choice is to keep trying. I've graduated nursing school over a year ago now and Im scared b/c I have definitely began to forget alot! Thanks for the encouragement tho. I know you took the NCLEX-PN but if you have any tips for me I would greatly appreciate it and take into consideration whatever you may have. Thanks a bunch
