Holy Cross?

Have any new grads had success applying to Holy Cross in Silver Spring recently? They've got a ton of job openings but every last one says "experience required." Most don't specify how much...I assume they're putting that there because they don't want any new grads but wondering if any new grads have applied anyway and gotten calls? Or has anyone spoken with a nurse recruiter there to see if they're currently taking new grads? They've got 70+ openings...hate that I can't apply for a single one!

    Although I haven't applied to any Holy Cross jobs, I have noticed tons of openings there on nursing job sites. Just because the posting says "experience required" doesn't mean you can't apply. If you see a position you're interested in, there's no harm in filling out an application, because you really never know. Also, you should try calling HR/nurse recruitment and asking them specifically about new grad jobs. A lot of hospitals are creating new grad programs but don't post anything about them on their career websites. Hope this helps. Good luck!
