hired or not?

I got a call from the director of nursing in a county nursing home for an interview.When i got there she was interviewing somebody else (not sure for what position was that lady applying for)Then when the DON approached me, she had a chat on how was i able to get there since it a very long drive from my house.The HR and the DON just asked me why I picked nursing, if i am willing to relocate, when can i start working, and how did I hear about the job. And I got a tour at the facility, i briefly met the other staff along the way of the tour.When i asked her if they are looking for certain qualification for the work, the DON just said that they are still on the process of deciding since they are still waiting for the agency for the Nurse practitioner, dietician, And therapist.When i asked what will be the next step after the interview, all she said was that she will call me if theyll do the background check and call my given references or if they rejected me.Do u think that i have the chance of getting hired from such a super short interview?
