Hipaa violations

:argue: I am a CNA working in a Senior Residence. I have proposed that we all add a photo key chain to our keys that says "HIPAA RULES" on one side as constant reminder of your responsibility to not talk about residence health issues or gossip. The other side of the photo key chain you can insert your favorite photo. I want to put on an inservice before handing out the new key chains and talk about the legal results of violating the HIPAA law. any suggestions where to find facts and figures? Or stories that you know.Thanks
