Insulin is #1

any vasopressor drips (phenyl, dopamine, norepi etc..)

any vasodilator drips (nitroprisside, etenolol)

and of course our favorite propofol (the milk of neuro ICU)

Anything that caused GCS down.. Dextrose (increase cerebral edema), all drugs with sedative effects..
