Help With degree plan

I have a question concerning whether or not I should work on another BA in Nursing or go for my Masters. I currently have a dual degree in Healthcare Management/Human Resource Management. I was just starting my MBA while looking for a job and I could not find any health care management jobs without having a background in nursing. I am military as well so I do not have any experience in the hospital. I decided to stop with the MBA 2 semesters in and go for my BSN and then continue with a MSN but not sure if this is a waste of my time or if I just need to continue on with my MBA because I have seen a lot of posts telling others to get the higher degree. I want to work in healthcare somehow and really just need advice from those who know more about the process and whats needed to get a management job in the healthcare field.
