Help!! Will I be able to transfer out of Dialysis later if I want to?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated... I recently graduated from RN program and have been working at a Dialysis clinic for a couple of months now...it is going ok. Dialysis is a whole new world I only got a glimpse of in Nursing school, but I enjoy the staff and patients for the most part. It's been a little tough learning the machines but I'm trying to stick it out because I'm not a quitter type...Also, I enjoy the pace and getting to know the patients..

My only concern is, since this is CURRENTLY my only nursing experience---besides working as a Tech on a tele/medsurg floor, would it be difficult for me to transfer to any other type of unit eventually??

I feel like I have heard pros and cons to specializing, I know starting in medsurg is the best but when I applied months ago they weren't calling! any advice in case I want to transition later on?!
