Hi I have been short listed for interview and need some help, got my presentation question today and have gone blank:/

" How can the band 6 role influence quality and effectiveness of care delivered ? "

Any suggestions on what I should be looking at will be appreciated .

Should I be looking at leadership, communication etc.

    Sorry, the band 6 role is a junior sister post and it is on a orthopaedic rehab ward, I have completed a rough draft but would still like opinions from others. Thanks x
