Help!

I am looking for a new job to get hospital experience. My first and recent job at a hospital was a horrible experience. Well, I made a bit of a mistake and put this job on my application (not on my resume though) I have filled out both.

I just need advice on what to say if interviewed and asked why after 5 weeks I left this hospital. I do not want to sit there and whine saying they were not invested into my learning or they wanted to be ready sooner than what I would be to work nights since I was such an "experienced nurse" with one year in residential adolescent psych. In simple terms, it was not an atmosphere ideal for me to grow as a nurse in.

So far all I have thought of was it was not a good fit for me or I am looking for a hospital that offers more support and benefits to nurses, since they do have a better loan forgiveness program. I was also thinking about the fact I want to work in a specialty (I am applying for oncology and pediatrics.)

If you guys have any other ideas, I'd appreciate it!
