I have been a cna. for almost 6 years now. I want to go to school to be an R.N. I live 45 minutes from Columbus Ohio Does anybody have any idea what school I should go to for this, please let me know if you have any ideas, and if they know what school will help me pay for this. thank's.

Im not sure if you are 45 min south or north of columbus. There is a new RN program called chamberlain college of nursing where you can get your degree-this is in columbus. Also columbus state, clark state, sinclair community college. You can also do an LPN-RN program, which allows you to become an LPN the first year of school so you can work as a nurse while you take your second year to become an RN (thats what I did) Look into RETS tech center for that.

If you are looking for help with tuition, I would suggest becoming a CNA at a hospital that you would be willing to work for as a nurse, then they can help you with school in exchange for a few years after you graduate!

Hope this helps, Good luck!
