I am a new Nurse Manager and need advice. Two staff members work on the same unit and constanly in conflict. This situation is dividing the staff. What can/should I do?:idea:

As the manager in charge, you are given the responsibility that all staff members attempt to provide care to the highest level possible. If this conflict interferes with this then how will this appear to your superiors. If you cannot mediate a healthy compromise then grab the bull by the horns and settle it yourself.
