Help!

I am sure someone has already posted this before but here is my predicament. I am looking to move to NYC after I get my generals done but before I enroll in nursing school. I am hoping to enroll in a program where the hospital will pay for my schooling if I work for them for so many years. Does anyone know of a good program in NYC that will do that? Also will my not being from NY be an issue? I am currently living in NC and they do not pay nurses well at all here, plus I want to move up there anyway. I am really looking for all the advice I can get. Thanks!
