Help with semester three

I am wondering if anyone know's some good videos for head to toe assessment, I looked on the posts already and they either don't work or aren't very good. I'm in semester three and start clinical tomorrow. Any tips for a post surgical ward? I have a patient with right TKR tomorrow. Also I know this is a stupid question but if someone has greater than 3 capillary refill that means they are having circulation issues? Oh and I have to do a nuerovital sheet, what exactly is that?

Thanx!

If someone has greater than 3 sec refill it is usually circulation, if you of course make sure they have an open airway and are breathing. I would think that with a new TKR pain control would be a big issue, as well as getting the patient up and moving. As for your worksheet, I would just ask your teacher, it is probably specific to your school. It probably covers movement and feeling though. No idea on the video, sorry. Good luck tomorrow, and shouldn't you be sleeping? lol
