Help!!! ??? about Pearson

Published

Wanted to know if I am doing everything right. I sent in my application for my licensure (challenging LPN) with payment. My question is do I send in my $200.00 that Pearson charges to actually take the exam now or do I have to wait until I get my ATT. Any help would be appreciated!!!Thank you

I don't think they send the ATT until you have sent in the payment. Go to Pearsonvue.com for more info.

GOOD LUCK

I sent my application fee to my state board of nursing and called Pearson/paid the $200 test fee by credit card all in the same day. I received my ATT notification yesterday by email and will get my written notice in a week via mail.

Do you have an advisor at school to help guide you through this process? I'd discuss it with them as BONs have varying policies. Good luck :)

You can send it to Pearson now. That's what I did and everything went super smoothly. I received everything very quickly.

You can also register on the pearson vue website and pay the $200 fee and take care of everything right away instead of waiting for the mail..

Thanks everyone for their advise. I paid my $200.00 today after reading everyone's email. I also got the nclex examination candidate bulletin booklet today and I checked my account and my check for the license ($135) was cashed. Hope this means I will be getting my ATT soon.

And no my school was no help in getting the process started. It seems like if you ask most of the instructors questions their is always something negative coming out of their mouth so I try to avoid most of them as much as possible. It is has been working because I am doing good without their help. Thank god for this message board!!!
