Help.!! Mised dressing change

I'm a new grad nurse LPN working at LTC, on Friday ADON called me to make me sign some papers about a missed dressing changed of a resident. She said everyone missed that dressing to changed since 09/25/2022, so nobody noticed about that dressing, there was nor order on the TAR, and she found I singed off a weekly skin assessment and I put normal instead of catch that dressing, so there are many nurses involved on it. I was so nervous when she made me sign those papers and I asked to Adon if those papers are for the Board, she said not it's going to HR just for records.

I'm so concerning if I would get in trouble for it or if my license is in risk?how I know if it was already reported to the nursing board? Please help
