Help: I Need To Interview An Educator

Hi, I'm Becky, and RN trying to finish her BSN (will be done in January) at UOP online. I have to write a paper on an educator who has leadership qualities by Saturday. Would anyone be willing to answer these questions to facilitate my education?

Here are the questions:

1. How would you describe a leader?

2. What are important qualities or characteristics?

3. What is your personal philosophy of leadership?

4. What learning experiences have had the most influence on your own personal development as a leader?

5. How do you see leadership evolving in nursing today?

6. What are the most challenging issues in yor current position?

7. As a leader/educator in your career, have you had a mentor? If so, how did this impact you leadership style?

8. What advice would you give someone (like me) aspiring to a leadership position?

I will post a finished copy of this paper after I submit it on Saturday so you can read all about yourself! I'll thank a nurse educator ahead of time!
