Help with Evaluation step of Concept Map?

I have a concept map due on a patient I assessed this week in clinicals. We only go to clinicals once a week and I will not be able to see this patient again. What am I supposed to write for the evaluation part of my concept map when I am unable to reevaluate my patient and their progress?

    The reason you probably haven't received any responses to your question is because no one on this board knows what your instructor's expectations are for this assignment. Have you asked him or her?

    In general, and if a concept map evaluation is similar to a care plan evaluation, then the time to evaluate whether or not a particular intervention was effective depends on the time frame stated in your goal/outcome.
