If your exam has a specific name (e.g. HESI), then I would recommend seeing if there is a study guide or manual available that can help guide your studying. If not, I used this website once: DosageHelp.com - Helping Nursing Students Learn Dosage Calculations - Dosage Question Steps
In all honesty, dosage calculations are really just metric conversions and dimensional analysis from chemistry. I would recommend just making sure you have these mastered for that portion.

Hi (sorry for so many posts!)
I'm not in nursing school yet but hoping to apply for the upcoming year. I'm a little concerned because the school I want to attend requires us to take an exam (not the TEAS) that has a few questions about dosage on it.
I sort of assumed that this is something we'd learn while we were IN school, not need to know beforehand.
Do you guys know of any online resources or places where I can learn/practice dosage calculation, as I have literally 0 experience and knowledge of this?
Thanks!!
