help with a diagnosis

I need help, I have to do a patho for malaise. I cant find anything on malaise. Can someone help me. What could be a good nursing diagnosis for malaise?

"malaise is a symptom that can occur with almost any significant health condition. it may start slowly or quickly, depending on the type of disease.

[color=#005988]fatigue occurs with malaise in many common diseases. mailaise can be accompanied by a feeling of not having enough energy to accomplish usual activities."

so, if the patient is so fatiqued that he/she doesn't have enough energy to accomplish usual activities, what kind of problems you foresee happening? (psychosocial)
