That's strange, Ati is typically an admissions test into a nursing program. Either way, the only advice I can offer is: purchase the ATI study manuel, barrons nursing entrance exam prep, and go over your notes from your previous A&P courses.

Metric conversions on the test will be provided. You will need to study the words provided in the ATI manuel ,and be certain your basic grammatical skills are sufficient. You're a senior in college, I am guessing, so you should do fine with the basics of this test. Are you certain this isn't a MAPP test?

I had to take the ATI comp test at the end of my last semester. It really wasn't bad at all. I would just keep doing your ATI practice questions. I think the 98% that you are referring to is not the actual score but the odds of you passing the NCLEX on the first try. I ended up with a score of like an 80 but my chance of passing NCLEX the first time was 98%. I had purchased the ATI app for my iPhone and used it a lot both during school and when I was studying for my NCLEX. Have you been using ATI throughout school so far? The test itself was mostly med-Surg with some maternity and peds. The format of the questions were just like the online practice tests and the questions on the app.

I agree that the 98% is probably the chance of passing NCLEX, our school required a 95%. This means you'll probably need around 80% of the questions right. If your school provided codes for practice tests, DO THE PRACTICE TESTS!! lol I HIGHLY recommend them. Some of the questions on the comp test are VERY similar to the practice tests, as the practice tests are just last years tests. Good Luck! Definitly go through the questions in the book. ATI covered some things that our school did not cover.

I agree that some of the questions were extremely similar to the practice Q's.
