Hello everyone Im new to this site which is unbelievable I love it:redbeathe Im a 40 yr old mother of 5 my oldest in college eekkk and Im finally going to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse!!! Growing up we werent :redbeatheadvised to go to college even though I so badly wanted to.. So here I am but I have to ask a silly question but was is the difference between acceralated program and traditional? Im starting classes in Jan although Im stoked but Im nervous as can be!!! I truly want to get my BSN eventually but for now will try to get my adn. Im attending Gainesville State. My 38 yr old sister is a student as well and we are proud to say someday we WILL have a degree!!!! Anyways hello and thanks for any advice.............. Oh my my name is Nicole Im 40 yrs young and a mother to 5 fantastic kids and amarried to a wonderful supporting husband!! I feel very blessed to have a great family and Im able to be a full time student!!:yeah:

Hi Nic!!

Acceralated program are normaly tailored for people with previous degrees and want to become nurses, although GSU has an ace program for people with no previous degree.
