HEDIS help!

I am brand new and just realized I posted my question in the wrong category, so here it goes again:)

Hi all! I'm hoping someone out there has had the "pleasure" of applying for a HEDIS temporary contract job through Verisk. I have registered with them, applied for a job, hit "submit" and uploaded my resume and references. But, I have received no email confirmation from the company, and there doesn't seen to be anywhere on the site where I can check the status of a submission. It's like my submission went "poof". There is a "help" section for applications, and according to it, there is a "job submissions" page to which I can go to check the status of my request or if the job is still open, but I can't find a "job submissions" page anywhere. Does anyone have experience with this company? It looks like they contract with a recruiting center, but there is no contact information anywhere related to job applications. What am I missing here??? Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this process.
