Hccfl Lpn to RN 2017

Hey!

I will be attending the LPN to RN transition program! Good luck on your application if you have applied or are planning on applying.

I was accepted last year, did the orientation and drug test, but decided to defer because of having a baby in October 2016. He is here and I am excited to go back and finish.

Yay I'm so excited to finally hear from someone! I'm not sure if I'm accepted or not, the deadline is the 15th of January... so we'll see! Congrats on the baby! I know how that can be I have a 4 year old! What were your prereq grades?

Thank you! You should hear something by the end of February! For pre-reqs, I had all A's and 1 or 2 B's (the B's depend on whether they used my College Algebra or Statistics grade).

Really? That soon wow lol well that works! Where'd you hear that from- that by the end of feb we should know? They use your college algebra grade because statistics isn't considered higher... you should def get in though! All As 2 Bs! Awesome!!! I'm sure I'll get in I'm still nervous though...

The irony!! I was just talking about "that soon?" With you and then the next day (today) I got an email saying I'm accepted!!!! Yay!!!! Good luck to you!!!

Lol. Yes, that soon! And I know because I got accepted last year and got the acceptance letter late February. I was guaranteed a spot this year because of my approved request for deferment. And yay! Got mine, too. Congrats!

This is a super late response!

Drug test is unannounced, so we will not know when it happens. (You probably have already done your fingerprints because to deadline to submit the acceptance was letter. The fingerprints are required to be done prior submitting this letter).

I met somebody else who got accepted in the program upon turning my acceptance packet in last week at Dale Mabry. So 3!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm super excited and cannot wait to start and BE FINISHED! :)
