Hands on picc line insertion training after completed didactic thru picc excellence

I have taken the initative paid money studied and passed the didactic training through picc excellence online course which is in atlanta and I am in los angeles. I am a per diem icu nurse through an agency and I also do acute dialysis also per diem. I am not affiliated with a hospital or healthcare facility. My challege has been finding someone who is willing to train me to actually insert picc lines o complete the second part of the training so that i can start working. I have been trying and looking for over a year. Is there anyone who could please assist me in completing this goal. Any suggestions, ideas, leads etc. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
