Gyno floor, what to expect?

Hi everyone,

I have found out today that my first hospital practicum will be on a gynological floor. Could anyone give me a heads up on common diagnosis, procedures, meds, tips and tricks? I'm planning on researching this by myself but a heads up for what to expect and specifics to prepare would be greatly appreciated.
