Hey there! I am applying! I take the Kaplan on 2/3. The goal was to try to get two chances to take it but it didn't work out like that. I'm studying as hard as I can so I can do well.

How did you do on the Kaplan?

Hi! Same here! I was planning to take it again but the last day they had was 29 days apart from my first attempt. I got an 82. I wasn't happy about it, the nerves just made me double guess myself. The Science wasn't hard but definitely not as easy as I thought it would be either. Hopefully my 4.0 GPA makes up for it ?

A 4.0! You're in! LOL!

What sources did you use for studying?
I've been done with my pre-requisites for almost 5 years now but I still have my lecture notes and the videos from Dr Scholz. I'm also using Smart Edition which specifically has a Kaplan study section.
I've been taking practice tests and doing well on Math, OK on Reading but I definitely need to do better on Science.

Fingers crossed!!

I also used Smart Edition and Quizlet was a good resource. The reading was really easy, with obvious correct answers on the multiple choice. Math was elementary level. Writing was ehhh. Had a lot of, "which sentence has an incorrect verb.. etc. So I double guessed myself on those.

I got an 84 on my entrance exam! I hope I have a good chance of getting in!

Yay! How was the anatomy part for you?!

it was OK. I thought I would have done a little better. I got an 80% on the science.

I applied with a 4.0, 89 on Kaplan. Hoping we can keep each other updated with any news! Good luck!

Great score! You'll have No problems getting in!

each year, for a few years now there has been a pretty busy thread with a handful of people posting but this year just us 3 so far. I wish I knew how many applied this year....if there are more than 60 spaces.

I thought the same thing. I know one other girl who I've taken my prereqs with that has applied also, but other than that no one else. Deadline passed so we should be hearing back sometime soon!

Just being nosey. I may be applying next year. I still need to take college algebra. Has anyone taken the TEAS? How does the Kaplan compare?
