Hello,
I am graduating in five weeks with my BSN. I also have a bachelors degree in Biology and am starting my Masters of Nursing for FNP in five weeks. I would really like to get a job as soon as I can (obviously, isn't that what we all want?) but I don't know if I should start applying now, as soon as a graduate, or not until I take the NCLEX.
All of the hospitals I have contacted said that they don't look at applications of people who have not graduated yet. Should I continue searching to find hospitals that would consider hiring me, or just wait until I graduate?
Thank you so much!

Hey!
When I was in the same position as you, I applied to nurse residency programs. They will be offering to interview before your NCLEX. As for other hospitals who did not offer a residency program, I still applied to positions that were applicable to me. Applicable in sense that they didn't require 2 or more years of experience. I tried to apply to jobs that were not so strict about experience or preferred 1 year. If you don't apply, you will never get a chance. Best of luck!
Also, nurse residencies are offered at different times and have deadlines so if you wait you may miss out.
Here's list by state:
