Hello Nurses:

Well I graduated in June. I am waiting for the state to send me my notification. Many of my nursing student friends are either taking the test or have taken it and passed.

I am hearing there are a lot of drugs on the test. If you know of a book that I can buy to help me with the pharmacology ie, breaking down the word; suffix and prefix, I would appreciate it very much. I can go crazy looking at all the books on Amazon.com. 2 girls have Exam Cram and say its wonderful, then one girl has Mosby Pharmacology Memory note flash cards, that book looks good too!

Any suggestions will be appreciated!! I am also looking for a facility near my house to hire me as a GPN.. SO PRAYERS at this time are welcome. Cause I am so broke, I'm afraid I'll lose my house!!

Thank you in advance for all the wonderful work you guys are doing out there in the community!

Congratulations!:yeah:

I have no suggestons for any books to review. But, just what I did was review my NCLEX. I did pre-tests, and did horrible. But, then went back and did really good after reviewing all of the material. I think that it really helped. My computer turned off at 75 questions. And, I have to admit I walked out of there scratching my head. I knew that I did really good, or so bad they just quit. Honestly, there were questions on there that were so hard to choose the right answer. But, that is the way it is, you must pick the BEST answer. When I went home and looked up what I felt iffy about, I had a better feeling that I passed it. And, yay, I did!

I studied from Lippincot's Nclex review book. But, I think they are all about the same. Just do the exams in the book.

Good Luck to you! Oh, and of courses you have my prayers.
