GMC Question

Hello,

I live in Massachusetts and have been an LPN for 5 years. Long story short, I had a non health care license that was fined prior to nursing school which I disclosed when I applied to sit for my NCLEX. I dealt with the board and within a month they approved me to sit. I was wondering, has anyone dealt with the board, had it cleared, and then went on to further their nursing career? Do I have to disclose this again or is it considered already dealt with when I fill out my application?
