GMC MASSACHUSETTS

Does anyone know a contact source outside of the normal GMC liasion email for BON in Massachusetts? I've submitted my application to sit for the NCLEX in October and I'm still waiting. Basically , an old misdemeanor charge that was later dropped popped up and they're making me wait eons just to verify that case was closed and or have to sit in front of the board. Any advice on what I should do to speed up the process ?
