Getting Licensed in MA but Considering CT

Hi everyone! I currently live in Massachusetts and plan to take the NCLEX here, but I have heard great things about hospitals in Connecticut and have been considering working there in the future. For those who have made the move or work in CT, how was the process of getting licensed there? Is it difficult to transfer a Massachusetts nursing license? Also, do people generally like working in Connecticut hospitals? I would love to hear any insights or experiences you have!
