Hi I was a nursing student who had to step out due to endometriosis, hernia, and epithelial cancer so I had a total hysterectomy and was recovering from blood pressure issues when I did not want to waste any downtime while recovering one semester- so I decided to take an addition semester off by completing a CMA program w/ Assoc in Health Science (4 semesters in two due to school accepting my credits). I'm currently completing my Externship in next four weeks. I was wondering if I could finish my RN program in an effluent less expensive way with hospital(s) such as Northwestern in Chicago that is known to have a program to pay for your RN program if you're a CMA with them for one year? I'm only half way through so I'm hoping that's a plus. I did accelerated high honors program in CMA & Health Sciences ... so I'm Curious what is the next right steps since money and at times energy matters. Any suggestions?
