Getting Ahead

I'm on spring break, so maybe that's why I have a few extra minutes to think about the future, but the situation is that I graduate May 2011, and I am wondering if there are any extra classes or certifications that I could complete online, that would help to boost my resume...

I looked on the AWHONN (association of women's health, obstetric, and neonatal nurses) website, and found that I could take a fetal heart monitoring course that would be online for $70, and thought that would be great to add onto my resume, since I'm currently externing on the L&D floor, and would love to work on the L&D floor once I graduate and pass boards.

I know I still have a few weeks left of classes, and boards to worry about, but I was just wondering if anyone has any idea of anything that I could do just to enhance my skills and resume, or if anyone has any idea where I could look online, or any resources I could look into that would give me ideas for courses or certifications that I could do that would enhance my resume!!!

Thanks for all of your help!!!!!
