Galen

Hey everyone! :) So I was wondering if anyone has attended Galen in Tampa Bay? I am very seriously considering going there and it would mean moving from NH. If you have attended, could you give me as much information as possible, i.e. do/did you like it? How was your schedule? Where did you do clinicals? What was your clinical schedule? and anything else that you think I might like to know? Thank you SO much, you will be helping me a great deal!

Hello! I am attending the LPN program at Galen in August. I'm very excited and cannot wait. My boyfriends friend is attending RN classes there now and will be done in August. He says that he really enjoys his experience there. But just like any other school they have their ups and downs. But that's to be expected right?

I have my financial aid meeting tomorrow and very excited about starting soon!!!

Thanks for responding! :)

Congrats on your upcoming adventure! Do you think you will stick with the LPN or do the bridge? They seem like a great school in that most posts I have read people say that while yes it is challenging, the area hospitals respect Galen students which I think says a lot.

Do you know of any nice apartments in the area? I am thinking within a 10 minute drive and very family friendly. I am having a hard time finding anything online because a place one person says is great another person says is terrible.

Good luck in August and thanks again! :)
