Free CNA Training?

Hello,

My name is zillie

I live in the Chattanooga area and am attending school online, however I would like to become a cna while attending, is there any where in Chattanooga that will train for free in exchange for commitment to work?

Some nursing home facilities or hospitals have free cna training in exchange for working there. You'll probably have to personally contact the ones in your area to find out if they offer free cna training. Good luck!

In my county the literacy council offers courses to qualified individuals. If you are referring to a facility, like a nursing home or hospital, you might call one to see who in your area provides it. Another source is the health dept. They probably have to "certifiy" the course giver. In my state the health dept is the registry for certified nurse aids.

there is a post on the Tennessee forum you should check out
