The waitlist for nursing schools in my area is huge. Because of this, I am considering a local career college that is nationally accredited and accredited through ACEN. The school has had a bad rep in the past but has since earned the accreditation. I plan to apply straight from my ADN to an ADN-MSN program so I really need reliable information about whether I should stay on the waitlist at the community college or just transfer to the for profit career college. I don't want to waste time or money. Is there anyone here that knows FACTS about Fortis or that has successfully competed their ADN or BSN through Fortis and has secured a nursing career?!?
