Fluid and Electrolyte Help!

Hey everyone I am looking to see if anyone has a chart or diagram that would help me understand the fluid and electrolyte imbalances and values. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can post a nice easy diagram that would help me. I failed my Med-Surg course and this material was the main reason. I have to wait until September to retake the course and I want to master this information so next time around I ace the course.

Thanks everyone for the help!

Jeff
