Florida Hospital vs ORMC

Hi, everyone. I want to move back to Orlando, Florida. I currently live in DC area and make good money but want to move back to Orlando. I never worked there as a nurse and would like to find out how much nurses make there. I have 2 years of experience - 1 year on med/surg floor and 1 year on Medical-Surgical ICU. I prefer to work nights. I appreciate all your help.

Here my questions:

Base pay at Florida Hospital vs ORMC?

Night differential pay?

PRN pay?

Float pool pay?

Vacation and pto?
