Float pool position

Hello, I'm a nurse from abroad. I recently got a job offer and they're going to sponsor my green card, which is awesome. I applied thinking it was for a med surg unit, but it turns out it's a float pool position. At my current job, we don't have float pool positions; everyone works in a fixed department, so this is pretty new to me. Even though I have experience, I'm a bit worried about adjusting to a new language, environment, and people. Do you think I can adapt and do well? Any advice would be great. Thank you ?
