First time posting

I joined back in December but just now decided to start posting. I am hoping to get a little feedback. I currently attend OSU-OKC, working on my prerequisites and hoping to get into the nursing program. I'm almost 36 years old and just now starting to feel better about not being "too old" What that said, I currently have a 2.8 GPA. I asked my adviser how many A's I need to get to bring that up to at least a 3.0 and she told me 3. I have confidence that I'll get those A's with my last few "easy" classes but then I have my science classes left such as Anatomy and chemistry and physiology. I have no confidence in my ability to make an A in those courses, which will bring my grade back down in the end. I have two C's (in my first psychology class and in medical terminology) which I asked about retaking to bring it up, and she advised against it. Although she said she still feels like I could be a competitive candidate, I am feeling pretty doubtful. I am pondering the idea of going to a different school for LPN instead. I am really torn and was hoping someone here might have some words of wisdom.
