Have you tried calling the lab to ask them what it means?

I'm conducting a search to see if I can come up with any info, but contacting the lab might be the best way to find out what it means.

I'll post anything I discover.

i finally got in touch with them today and it was no biggy they forgot to check the temp when collected they contacted my collection site and got it strait i was freakin out for no reason

Good. It's amazing how quickly we assume the unknown will somehow destroy us or those things we find important. I laugh at myself all the time for "catastrophizing" everything. The only thing I was able to even come close to explaining what "flawed" meant was someone at the lab didn't do something right, as in "checking the temp". Glad it was nothing.
