First Interview

I have a interview with a LTC facility on tuesday for a RN supervisor. My license will be activated monday. I am so nervous. I have a extensive background in management. This sounds like a promising job. The DON seemed liked they really really wanted me to interview. As with the rest of the country there are no hospitals here in the Spokane, WA area that are hiring new grads. I do want to work in a hospital, eventually in OB. Working in a LTC facility won't hurt my chances of getting a hospital job will it? I am really nervous. But The RN jobs around here are slim pickins unless you have 1-3 years experience. I would like anyones opinion on this, and if anyone knows what are LTC RNs making in the spokane area? Any help will do, thanks everyone!!!:nurse:
