You can be trained anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, based on previous posts in this forum. It depends on your facility. If you're freaking out, ask for more training. Your first day you will probably just follow somebody around and have them show you the ropes, and you won't be left alone to do any care by yourself. 3-11 gets people up for dinner, changes/toilets them, and walks the ambulatory residents. Then you pass out supper trays, feed (if you don't have many feeds you just kinda walk around and make sure no one chokes, lay out supplies, etc.) Collect the trays and start putting people to bed. You'll probably have a couple showers- some places do those before supper, others make you wait till later. Everyone else gets a partial bed bath and mouth care. After everyone is in bed you do rounds the rest of the night- which is just checking to make sure people are dry and turning them. So that's probably what you'll see.
