Fingerprint receipt

I'm planning to take the Illinois NCLEX. Already submitted by application to CTS and fingerprints to Identix and their corresponding fees. Will Identix be the one to send the fingerprint original receipt to CTS or will I request Identix to send me the receipt and I will be the one to send it to CTS.

Identix gave me the receipt and I sent it in with my paper work.....hope this helps....ask your dean or the head of your program for directions ...they should be able to tell you exactly what you need to do.
