So I graduated from the nursing program in May and passed NCLEX on July 17th :) I have been looking for an RN job ever since and it has been a struggle!!! No one wants to hire you without experience therefore you can't get any experience!!! How frustrating....but finally someone is giving me the chance :) I start on Monday and it's at a Health and Rehab facility on the sub-acute unit. Does anyone have any idea what that might entail? Any idea about the types of patients? I know that I will have a maximum of 20 with an LPN and at least one CNA as well. Any tips that anyone can give me would be great!!!
