Fee-For-Service?

I am an outpatient MH nurse, and within the last week my company announced all nurses and therapist will be paid on a fee-for-service basis. I have advocated against this type of business model in healthcare since they had started talking about this a while back. It is going to turn the company into the Hunger Games as well as puts everyone at risk for fraud among many other problems. With that being said, I have no choice but to deal with it or leave the position I love. I’m wondering if any other nurses have worked for an organization that does this? What was your rate? They offered me an increase in pay but I don’t think it’s enough now that my pay depends on whether or not my patients show up. I’m not longer guaranteed a paycheck even if I show up and work.
